摘 要:文章以新G204国道九圩港大桥整体顶升施工项目为例,重点介绍了变截面连续钢箱梁整体顶升稳定性控制技术。总重4 440 t的变截面连续钢箱梁分幅整体顶升过程中,通过PLC液压同步顶升控制系统及千斤顶布置,以及千斤顶反力支撑体系设置,满足2.4 m高度顶升和整体18.3 m的宽度稳定要求,通过采取交替顶升,对主墩和过渡墩采用不同的限位控制措施。施工效果表明,该技术确保顶升过程稳定和安全可靠,具有经济性好,改造速度快,节能环保的特点,可供类似工程参考。Taking the integral jacking construction project of Jiuweigang Bridge on the new G204 National Highway as an example, this paper mainly introduces the integral jacking stability control technology of variable cross-section continuous steel box girder. In the process of integral jacking of variable cross-section continuous steel box girder with a total weight of 4 440 t, the PLC hydraulic synchronous jacking control system and the jack arrangement, as well as the setting of jack reaction support system, meet the requirements of 2.4 m height jacking and 18.3 m overall width stability.By adopting alternate jacking, different limit control measures are adopted for the main pier and transition pier[1]. The construction effect shows that the technology ensures the stability, safety and reliability of the jacking process, and has the characteristics of good economy, fast transformation speed, energy saving and environmental protection, which can be used as references for similar projects.
