摘  要:中国澳门氹仔客运码头扩建工程三期项目灌注桩位于海上区域,以端承桩为主。为控制桩工程施工成本,保证桩基施工质量尤其是桩基检测界面取芯满足零沉渣要求,文章通过分析对比灌注桩的各种施工工艺,提出采用双护筒冲孔桩施工方案,并对其施工控制要点进行分析,不但在质量上满足了澳门地区质量规范的要求,而且很大程度上节约了施工成本,达到了灌注桩无沉渣的质量要求,对其他类似工程具有一定的参考价值。The cast-in-place piles of Phase Ⅲ Project of Taipa Ferry Terminal Expansion Project in Macao region are located in the offshore area, which are mainly end-bearing piles. In order to control the construction cost of pile engineering and ensure the construction quality of the pile foundation, especially the core of the pile foundation detection interface to meet the requirement of zero sediment, this paper puts forward the double casing punching pile construction scheme by analyzing and comparing various construction techniques of cast-in-place piles, and analyzes the key construction control points. It not only meets the quality requirements of Macao’s region quality specifications, but also saves the construction cost to a great extent and meets the quality requirement of cast-in-place pile without sediment, which has certain reference value for other similar projects.
