摘  要:文章以厦门港古雷港区古雷作业区南15#~19#泊位基床爆夯施工为例,首先分析了基床爆夯参数计算方法,包括爆破药包量和药包间距和排距计算;然后对爆夯施工工艺进行论述,包括爆炸药包和引爆传爆材料的选取、药包制作、夯前测量、布药、起爆以及爆夯质量效果检验;最后探讨了爆夯施工安全距离和质量的控制。工程爆夯效果分析表明,工程基床爆夯达到预期效果,工程施工经验可为其他类似工程提供技术参考。Taking the explosive compaction construction of the foundation bed of 15#-19# berth in the south of Gulei operation area of Xiamen Port as an example, this paper first analyzes the calculation method of the foundation bed explosive compaction parameters, including explosive charge quantity, explosive charge spacing and the row spacing.Then, the construction technology of explosive compaction is discussed, including the selection of explosive charge and explosive detonating and transmitting materials, the production of explosive charge, the measurement before compaction, the distribution of explosive charge, the initiation and the inspection of the quality and effect of explosive compaction. Finally, the safe distance and quality control of explosive compaction construction are discussed. The analysis of the explosive compaction effect of the foundation bed of the project has achieved the expected effect, and the construction experience of the project can provide technical reference for other similar projects.
