摘  要:在我国东南沿海地区,分布着海相冲淤软土,在这些地区修建公路、铁路等基础设施,软基处理是面临的首要难题。软基施工对周边地表及房屋干扰较大,特别是在城市建设中,容易发生地表隆起、房屋开裂、倾斜等现象。文章提出一种预钻孔预应力管桩施工技术,通过长螺旋钻孔抽提淤泥,后采用静压机压桩,这样既能对淤泥质软土进行深层加固,又能减少对周边的扰动,成桩后通过试验检测,承载力满足设计要求。In the southeast coastal areas of China,there are marine alluvial soft soil.To build roads,railways and other infrastructure in these areas,soft foundation treatment is the primary problem.Soft foundation construction has great interference to the surrounding surface and houses.Especially in urban construction,it is easy to cause surface uplift,house cracking and tilt.In this paper,a pre-bored prestressed pipe pile construction technology is proposed.The silt is extracted by long spiral drilling,and then the static pressure machine is used to press the piles.In this way,the deep reinforcement of alluvial soft soil can be carried out,and the disturbance to the surrounding areas can be reduced.After the pile is formed,the bearing capacity meets the design requirements through the test and detection.
