预应力混凝土轨枕短模环形机组流水线在中老铁路磨万段中的应用

摘　　要：预应力混凝土轨枕生产工艺—短模环形机组流水线法,因为可兼容生产普通预应力混凝土轨枕、混凝土岔枕、双块式轨枕等,在国内得到了广泛的应用。对此,文章结合中铁十五局集团路桥建设有限公司在老挝国首都万象兴建的轨枕厂,采用短模环形机组流水线生产工艺,保质、保量地在合同工期前完成了中老铁路磨万段轨枕的供应任务,分析其采用的短模环形机组流水线法的工艺操作要点、材料选用、设备选用及关键工序自动化,作为“一带一路”建设过程中的成功案例,其生产经验可为后期各铁路建设单位、轨枕生产同行提供借鉴和参考。Prestressed concrete sleeper production pro-cess—short mold annular unit assembly line method,which is compatible with the production of ordinary prestressed concrete sleepers,concrete turnout sleepers,dual block sleepers,etc.,has been widely used in China.In this regard,combined with the sleeper factory built by China Railway 15th Bureau Group Road and Bridge Construction Co.,Ltd.in Vientiane,the capital of Laos,this paper adopts the pro-duction process of short mode annular unit assembly line to complete the sleeper supply task for Mowan section of Chi-na-Laos railway before the contract period with quality and quantity.The process operation points,material selection,equipment selection and key process automation of the short mode annular unit assembly line method are analyzed.As a successful case in the construction process of the"The Belt and Road",its production experience can provide reference for the railway construction units and sleeper production peers in the later period.
