摘 要:目的 研究乙醇消毒剂对空气中苯系物检测的干扰。方法 选用5种色谱柱,从仪器条件、分离效果、是否受乙醇消毒剂的干扰来研究苯系物最适检测条件。结果 极性柱WAX柱和FFAP柱能将7种苯系物分离,但易受到乙醇的干扰,WAX柱优化色谱条件能将苯峰和乙醇峰分离,但色谱柱柱效降低后还是会受乙醇峰的干扰。弱极性柱-5、624、1701不受乙醇的干扰,但对、间二甲苯无法分离。1701柱对其余苯系物分离效果较好,5柱和624柱对邻二甲苯和苯乙烯分离也不理想。结论 如果检测结果只需二甲苯总量,可以选择1701柱,能避免乙醇消毒剂对苯峰的干扰;如果检测结果需要邻、对、间二甲苯单量,可以选择WAX柱,建议带上乙醇空白,避免色谱柱柱效降低,对苯峰产生干扰。Objective To study the interference of ethanol disinfectants on the detection of benzene series in the air. Methods Five columns were selected to study the optimal detection conditions of benzene based on the instrument conditions, separation effect, and whether they were interfered with ethanol disinfectant. Results Polar column WAX and FFAP can separate seven benzene series but are easily interfered by ethanol. WAX column optimization chromatographic conditions can separate the chromatographic peak of benzene and ethanol, but the column efficiency is reduced and still interfered with ethanol. Weak polarity column-5, weak polarity column-624 and weak polarity column-1701 are not disturbed by ethanol, but p-xylene and m-xylene cannot be separated. Column-1701 can effectively separate the rest of benzene series, but column-5 and column-624 are not ideal devices for separating o-xylene and styrene. Conclusion If the total amount of xylene is only necessary for the detection result, column-1701 is a choice to avoid the interference of the ethanol disinfectant on the benzene;if the detection result requires a single amount of o-xylene, p-xylene and m-xylene, the WAX column is an ideal choice. And the blank of ethanol is recommended to avoid the decrease in the column efficiency and the interference with the chromatographic peak of benzene.
