摘　　要：自俄乌冲突爆发以来,以美欧为首的西方国家与俄罗斯的相互制裁对俄罗斯以及世界木质林产品的进出口贸易产生了显著影响,全球木质林产品贸易格局面临重塑。基于全球木质林产品供需版图深度调整,以及林产品产业链布局方式、路径与逻辑的可能性变化,研究中国与俄罗斯木质林产品贸易发展所受的影响,以便做出适应性调整,具有紧迫性与现实意义。文中阐述俄乌冲突对中俄木质林产品贸易已产生的负面影响,基于地缘政治冲突对贸易的影响机制探讨俄乌冲突对中俄木质林产品贸易产生的潜在的贸易转移效应与未来发展趋势,进而从发展重心、战略调整、政策对接、体系共建、多元合作等方面提出推动中俄木质林产品贸易稳健发展的政策建议。Since the conflict erupts between Russia and Ukraine, the mutual sanctions between Russia and the western countries led by America and Europe have resulted in profound impacts on woody forest products import and export trade of Russia and the world, and the global woody forest products trade pattern might be reshaped accordingly. It is of great urgency and realistic significance to study its impacts on Sino-Russian woody forest products trade based on the depth adjustment of the global supply-demand pattern of woody forest products and the possible changes in the layout, pathway and logic of their industry chain, so as to make adaptive adjustment. The paper is aimed at elaborating the negative impacts of the Russia-Ukraine conflict on Sino-Russian woody forest product trade, and to explore the potential trade diversion effect of the Russia-Ukraine conflict on Sino-Russian woody forest products trade and the tendency of future development based on the impact mechanism of geographical conflict on trade. In order to promote steady development of Sino-Russian woody forest products trade, policy recommendations are proposed in terms of development priority, strategy adjustment, policy coordination, co-establishment of system, and multi-cooperation.
