摘 要:在室内条件下分别测定了300nm、1μm、3μm粒径10%戊唑醇悬浮剂对环境非靶标生物蜜蜂、家蚕、大型溞、斑马鱼和藻类的毒性,以及对小麦赤霉菌、稻瘟病菌、小麦白粉病菌和黄瓜白粉病菌的抑菌活性。结果表明,不同粒径的10%戊唑醇悬浮剂对蜜蜂、家蚕、斑马鱼和大型溞的急性毒性随着颗粒粒径的变小而增大,但对藻类生长抑制活性随着粒径变小而变小,对大型溞21d繁殖总量以及在离体培养基、小麦叶段或黄瓜幼苗上对4种供试植物病原菌的抑菌活性没有显著影响。The toxicity of tebuconazole 10% SC with particle sizes of 300nm, 1μm and 3μm to non-target beneficial organisms such as bees, silkworms, Daphnia magna, zebrafish and algae, as well as its antifungal activity against Fusarium graminearum, Magnaporthe grisea, Blumeria graminis f.sp.tritici, and Sphaerotheca fuliginea were measured in a laboratory.The results showed that the acute toxicity of tebuconazole 10% SC with different particle sizes to bees, silkworms, zebrafish and Daphnia magna increased and the inhibitory activity on algae growth decreased with decreasing particle size and that no significant effect was found on the total reproduction of Daphnia magna for 21 days and on the antifungal activity of the four tested plant pathogens in vitro culture medium, detached wheat leaves or cucumber seedlings in vivo.
