摘 要:目的:探究高频彩超用于小儿桡骨头半脱位诊断中的效能。方法:选择2019年2月~2021年8月收治的74例小儿桡骨头半脱位患儿作为本次研究对象,对其实施两组不同诊断,即对照组X射线诊断,观察组高频彩超诊断,统计两组诊断的结果以及检查结果、临床体现与影像学特征。结果:X射线未检出桡骨头半脱位,高频彩超检出桡骨头半脱位,经对比,观察组诊断准确率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高频超声检查结果中,各切面扫查诊断出桡骨头半脱位的情况为:肘前区横切面检出70例(94.59%),肘外侧区纵切面检出72例(97.30%),肘前区桡侧纵切面检出74例(100.00%)。结论:实施高频彩超检查,通过对比健侧及患侧肱桡间隙宽度、旋后肌厚度等,可快速诊断桡骨头半脱位,为疾病判断提供重要参考信息,且高频彩超操作简便,费用较低。Objective: To explore the efficacy of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of radial head subluxation in children. Methods: A total of 74 children with subluxation of the radial head who were treated from February 2019 to August 2021 were treated as the subjects of this study, and two different diagnoses were performed on them, namely, the control group was diagnosed by X-ray, and the observation group was diagnosed by high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound, statistical results of the two groups of diagnosis and examination results, clinical manifestations and imaging features. Results: X-ray did not detect radial head subluxation, but high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound detected radial head subluxation. After comparison, the diagnostic accuracy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). In the results of high-frequency ultrasonography, the subluxation of the radial head was diagnosed in each section scan: 70 cases(94.59%) were detected in the transverse section of the antecubital area, 72 cases(97.30%) were detected in the longitudinal section of the lateral area of the elbow, Anterior radial longitudinal section detected 74 cases(100.00%). Conclusion: High-frequency color Doppler ultrasonography can quickly diagnose radial head subluxation by comparing the width of the brachioradialis space and the thickness of the supinator muscle on the healthy side and the affected side, and provide important reference information for disease judgment, and the high-frequency color ultrasound is simple and inexpensive.
