摘  要:目的:探讨小儿肺炎患者选用双波长光纤半导体激光治疗机辅助治疗的价值。方法:纳入2020年4月~2020年12月60例小儿肺炎患儿进行研究,按随机数字表分为对照组(n=30,选用常规药物诊疗),观察组(n=30,立足于对照组基础实施双波长光纤半导体激光诊疗),统计4项指标。结果:观察组临床疗效高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,各指标低于对照组,免疫球蛋白M(Immunoglobulin M,IgM)、免疫球蛋白A(Immunoglobulin A,IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(Immunoglobulin G,IgG)水平高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:双波长光纤半导体激光治疗机辅助治疗小儿肺炎安全性、有效性较高,值得借鉴。Objective: To explore the value of dual-wavelength fiber semiconductor laser therapy machine for auxiliary treatment of children with pneumonia. Methods: 60 children with pneumonia in children from April 2020 to December 2020 were included in the study. They were divided into control group(n=30, using conventional drugs for diagnosis and treatment) and observation group(n=30, based on the control group, implementing dual-wavelength fiber semiconductor laser diagnosis and treatment) according to the random number table, and 4 indicators were counted. Results: The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the rate of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group, and all indexes were lower than that of the control group. The levels of Ig M, Ig A, and Ig G in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The dual-wavelength fiber semiconductor laser treatment machine is safe and effective in the auxiliary treatment of pneumonia in children, which is worth learning.
