摘  要:一氧化氮(NO)是一种活性氮物质(reactive nitrogen substance,RNS),参与多种雄性生殖过程。近年来研究表明:NO在精子发生、功能改善、获能、凋亡和受精等一系列生理过程中发挥了重要作用。NO具有双重性,既是细胞毒性分子,也是维持精子正常生理功能的关键分子。过量的NO对精子是有害的。NO通过多种通路调节精子的功能,对维持精子各种生理过程的稳定有着重要作用。现总结近年来关于NO对精子功能影响的研究进展,以期为改善精子功能,提高受精率等生殖生物学研究提供参考。Nitric oxide(NO)is a reactive nitrogen substance(RNS)that participates in majority of male reproductive processes.Recent studies have shown that NO plays an important role in a series of physiological processes such as spermatogenesis,functional improvement,capacitation,apoptosis,and fertilization.NO has duality,it is not only a cytotoxic molecule but also a key molecule to maintain the normal physiological function of sperm.Too much No is harmful to sperm.NO regulates the function of sperm through a variety of pathways and plays an important role in maintaining the stability of various physiological processes of sperm.This article summarizes recent research progress on the effects of NO on sperm function,hoping to provide references for reproductive biology research such as improving sperm function and increasing fertilization rate.
