光合选育系中华绒鳌蟹选育效果分析

摘　　要：选取2015年、2017年、2019年、2021年逐代传承的光合选育系和当地非选育系中华绒鳌蟹扣蟹养殖结果进行分析。结果表明,选育系与非选育系扣蟹养殖成活率均呈现逐代增长的趋势,同期选育系高于非选育系,统计学差异显著;扣蟹规格选育系和非选育系2015年差异不显著,2017年、2019年、2021年差异显著,2017年非选育系大于选育系,2019年、2021年选育系大于非选育系;扣蟹规格和养殖成活率显著负相关。指出,在扣蟹养殖性能方面,选育系比非选育系具有稳定的良种优势,选育系良种一定程度上覆盖了非选育系种源,提升了非选育系的养殖性能。The juvenile culture stage of E.sinensis between the Guanghe breeding lines and the local nonbreeding lines,which were inherited from generation to generation in 2015,2017,2019 and 2021,were selected for analysis.The results show that,the survival rate of breeding and non breeding lines of larval crab showed a trend of increasing generation by generation,at the same time,the number of breeding lines was higher than that of non-breeding lines,with significant statistical difference;There was no significant difference between the breeding lines and non breeding lines in terms of crab size in 2015,but significant difference in 2017,2019 and 2021.The non breeding lines were larger than the breeding lines in 2017,and the breeding lines were larger than the non breeding lines in 2019 and 2021;There was a significant negative correlation between crab size and survival rate.The results showed that the breeding lines showed stable advantages over non breeding lines in terms of breeding performance,and the improved varieties of breeding lines covered the source of non breeding lines to a certain extent,which improved the breeding performance of non breeding lines.
