摘  要:为了探究温度(15~35℃)与光照强度(2000~10000 lx)对礁膜(Monostroma nitidum)配子体生长的影响,将礁膜营养生长期藻体分别置于不同温度和光照强度的室内光照培养箱中连续培养15 d,观测其生长情况。结果表明,温度与光照强度均对礁膜配子体生长具有显著影响。礁膜配子体在15~30℃范围内均能正常生长,35℃时培养3 d出现死亡现象;营养生长期适宜的温度为15~20℃,最适温度为20℃;培养15 d,最大体长相对生长率(D_(GRL))和最大体质量的相对生长率(D_(GRW))分别为(2.29±0.05)%/d、(4.05±0.13)%/d。在试验光照强度范围内,礁膜配子体均能正常生长,适宜光照强度为4000~8000 lx,最适光照强度为4000 lx;培养15 d,最大D_(GBL)和D_(GBW)分别为(2.88±0.29)%/d、(4.65±0.10)%/d。In order to study the effects of temperature(15-35℃)and light intensity(2000-10000 lx)on the growth of Monostroma nitidum gametophytes,the vegetative phase thalli were cultured in indoor light incubator for 15 days.The results showed that temperature and light intensity could significantly affect the growth of M.nitidum gametophytes.The gametophytes of M.nitidum could grow normally from 15℃to 30℃,and died after 3days cultured at 35℃;The suitable temperature range of vegetative growth period was from 15℃to 20℃,and the optimum temperature was 20℃;After 15 days of culture,the maximum relative growth rates D_(GRL)and D_(GRW)reached(2.29±0.05)%/d and(4.05±0.13)%/d,respectively.In the range of experimental light intensity,the gametophytes of M.nitidum could all grow normally,the suitable light intensity range was from 4000 lx to 8000 lx,and the optimum light intensity was 4000 lx;After 15 days of culture,the maximum relative growth rates D_(GRL) and D_(GRW) were(2.88±0.29)%/d and(4.65±0.10)%/d,respectively.
