摘  要:目的:探讨不同红树林湿地水环境—沉积物分布特征及其相关性,以期为红树林湿地保护和管理提供依据。方法:以三亚铁炉港红树林保护区(编号TLG)、亚龙湾青梅港红树林保护区(编号QMG)、三亚河红树林保护区(编号SYHX、SYHS)和榆林河(编号YLH)4个典型的红树林保护区为研究对象,比较不同红树林湿地水环境—沉积物分布特征及其相关性。结果:沉积物有机碳(Total organic carbon,TOC)和总氮(Total nitrogen,TN)含量以TLG样地最高,分别为1.75%和0.097%,全P含量以SYHX最高(0.057%),硫化物含量以SYHS最高(36.33 mg·kg^(-1))。各样地的表层沉积物中C/N、C/P、N/P存在一定差异。各样地化学需氧量(Chemical oxygen demand,COD)和溶解氧(Dissolved oxygen,DO)含量分别在3.13~10.61 mg·L^(-1)和1.70~9.56 mg·L^(-1),化学需氧量含量属于地表水I~II类,无机磷含量以SYHS最高。TLG以NH_(4)^(+)-N所占的比例高,其净化能力从大到小依次排序为SYHS>YLH>SYHX>QMG>TLG。结论:相关性分析结果表明,沉积物与水质因子之间存在一定的相关性,表明了沉积物和水质的理化性质可作为评价红树林湿地生境变化的主要因子。Objective:In order to provide a basis for the protection and management of mangrove wetlands,this paper explored the distribution characteristics and correlations of water-sediments of different mangrove wetlands.Method:Four typical mangrove reserves,including Sanya Tielugang Mangrove Reserve (TLG),Yalong Bay Qingmeigang Mangrove Reserve (QMG),Sanya River Mangrove Reserve (SY-HX,SYHS) and Yulin River (YLH),were used to compare the distribution characteristics and correlations of water-sediments of different mangrove wetlands.Result:The total organic carbon (TOC) and total nitrogen (TN) of mangrove wetland sediments were the highest in the TLG plot(1.75%and 0.097%,respectively).SYHX had the highest total phosphorus(TP) contents (36.33 mg·kg^(-1)),while SYHS plot had the highest sulfide content.There were differences in C/N,C/P and N/P in the surface sediments of various sites.The chemical oxygen demand (COD) was 3.13~10.61 mg·L^(-1)and dissolved oxygen (DO) contents was 1.70~9.56 mg·L^(-1).The COD content belonged to the class I~II standards of surface water respectively,which TP content was the highest in SYHS.The proportion of NH_(4)^(+)-N was higher in TLG,and its purification capacity was ranked as SYHS>YLH>SYHX>QMG>TLG.Conclusion:The results of correlation analysis showed that there was a certain correlation between sediment and water-quality,indicating that physicochemical properties of sediment and water-quality could be used as the main factors for evaluating mangrove wetlands.
