摘　　要：香椿子是楝科植物香椿的果实,常被用来泡茶以预防多种疾病。在过去的几年中,大量的研究证实了香椿子在治疗中枢神经系统疾病、心血管系统疾病、糖尿病等疾病中发挥着有益作用。为促进香椿子的开发利用,本文将从香椿子的化学成分、药理活性和作用机制方面进行综述。Chinese toon fruits are the fruit of Toona sinensis, a plant of the Meliaceae family. It is often used to make tea to prevent many diseases. In the past years, lots of studies have confirmed that Chinese toon fruits play a beneficial role in diseases such as central nervous system diseases, cardiovascular system diseases, and diabetes. To promote the development of Chinese toon fruits, this article will review the chemical constituents, pharmacological activities and action mechanism of Chinese toon fruits.
