摘　　要：白刺花是民间常用中草药,含有生物碱、黄酮、有机酸、苷、酯、萜、烃、香豆素等多类化学成分,具有抗炎、抗过敏、抗肿瘤等药理作用,其质量标准研究方法主要有:薄层色谱法、紫外分光光度法和高效液相色谱含量测定法。本文对白刺花的化学成分、质量标准、药理作用三方面的研究现状进行总结,以期为白刺花的质量标准提升提供理论依据。Sophora davidii is a traditional Chinese herb used among the people, which is rich in alkaloids, flavonoids, organic acids, glycosides, esters, terpenes, hydrocarbons and coumarins. It has multiple pharmacological functions, such as anti-inflammatory, anti-allergy and anti-tumor. Thin layer chromatography(TLC), ultraviolet spectrophotometry, and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) assays are usually used to evaluate its quality. In this paper, we summarized and analyzed the advanced research status of S. davidii in chemical composition, quality control and pharmacological action to provide a reference for its research.
