山东省栖霞市药用植物资源多样性研究

摘　　要：目的:调查山东省栖霞市药用植物资源多样性,为该地区中药资源利用和保护提供基础数据。方法:按照《全国第四次中药资源普查技术规范》要求,进行野外调查、标本采集、文献查阅,分析栖霞市的药用植物资源多样性。结果:栖霞市共有药用植物84科221属297种,出产药材432种,其中有105种药用植物和125种药材收载于中国药典中。栖霞市药用植物中,双子叶植物数量最多;单种科和寡种科、单种属占优势;最主要生活型为多年生草本;药用部位主为全草;功效主为清热。分析93种重点药材的蕴藏量,发现有12种药材的蕴藏量超过10 t。结论:栖霞市药用植物资源丰富,应加以合理保护和利用,注重开展药材栽培、探索多种种植模式。Objective:The investigation about diversity of medicinal plant resources in Qixia City, Shandong Province, was carried out, in order to provide scientific basic for utilization and protection of Traditional Chinese Medicinal resources in this area. Methods:According to Technical Specification for the Fourth National Survey of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Resources, field investigation, specimen collection and literature review were conducted, and the diversity of medicinal plant resources in Qixia City was analyzed. Results:There were 297 species of medicinal plants belonging to 221 genera and 84 families and 432 kinds of medicinal herbs in Qixia City. Among them, there were 105 species of medicinal plants and 125 kinds of medicinal herbs listed in Chinese Pharmacopoeia. In regard to the medicinal plants in Qixia City, most of them were dicotyledons;the composition of them were dominated by singlespecies families and few-species families, single-species genera;the main life style of them were perennial herb;the dominant medicinal part was whole grass;the main effect was heat-clearing. The reserves data of 93 kinds of medicinal herbs were analyzed,among which 12 kinds of medicinal herbs were found with the reserves more than 10 tons. Conclusion:The medicinal plant resources in Qixia City were abundant and should be rationally protected and exploited, while the drug cultivation should be carried out and the exploration of diversified planting patterns should be explored.
