摘　　要：古代文书档案影印出版不同于古籍影印出版,有自身形制上的特点。古代文书档案影印出版时需要重新划分页码,重新拼接。古代文书档案格式复杂,抬格、转行、满文部分等因素导致影印出版中产生一系列问题。应尽量采取措施减少透字,电子文件的拼接、缩放、裁切、核对都应符合科学的流程。档案辅文的撰写中繁体字和异体字需按照前人的经验处理得当。The photocopying and publishing of ancient document archives is different from that of ancient books, and has its own characteristics in form. It is necessary to redivide the page numbers and resplice them, when photocopying and publishing ancient document archives. The format of ancient document archives was complex, and factors such as format lifting, line changing, Manchu archives can cause a series of problems in photocopying and publishing. Measures should be taken to reduce word penetration as much as possible, and the splicing, scaling, cutting and checking of electronic documents should conform to scientific processes. Traditional Chinese characters and variant Chinese characters should be handled properly according to the experience of predecessors.
