摘 要:通风系统是保障矿井生产安全的关键组成部分,同时也是矿井能源消耗的主要单元之一。随着电子和计算机技术的迅速发展,金属非金属矿山井下通风技术有了很大进步,为矿井安全高效生产提供了有效保障。文章介绍了富蕴蒙库铁矿井下矿通过通风系统远程控制技术的应用,将主要通风机、通风设施进行远程集中控制,同时结合通风参数的实时监控,极大提高了专业技术人员进行通风系统优化调整的效率,并实现了节能降耗的目的。Ventilation system is a key component to ensure the safety of mine production,and also one of the main units of mine energy consumption.With the rapid development of electronic and computer technology,the underground ventilation technology of metal and non-metal mines has made great progress,which provides an effective guarantee for safe and efficient production of mines.This paper introduces the application of remote control technology of ventilation system in the underground mine of Fuyun Mengku Iron Mine.The remote centralized control of main fans and ventilation facilities is carried out.At the same time,the real-time monitoring of ventilation parameters is combined,which greatly improves the efficiency of optimization and adjustment of ventilation system by professional technicians,and realizes the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.
