井下矿覆盖层矿石回收技术应用研究

摘  要:无底柱分段崩落法开采的矿山,通常存在覆盖层矿石无法回收利用的问题,针对下沉或抬高的平底式和堑沟式底部结构,结合无底柱分段崩落法巷道工程的布置形式,根据现场凿岩、铲运设备外性尺寸、铲运出矿方式等确定合理的、适用的出矿底部结构,对下部无采矿工程布置区域的覆盖层进行回收,以提高矿石回收率,减少矿石资源浪费。本文以蒙库铁矿的生产实际为例,通过覆盖层矿石回收技术最终达到缓解矿山生产压力,减缓下降速度的目的,取得非常可观的经济效益。For mines mined by sublevel caving without sill pillar,there is usually a problem that the overburden ore can-not be recycled.In view of the sinking or raised flat bottom and trench bottom structures in combination with the layout of sublevel caving without sill pillar,a reasonable and applicable mining bottom structure shall be determined according to the external dimensions of on-site rock drilling,shoveling and hauling equipment,So as to improve the ore recovery rate and reduce the waste of ore resources.Taking the actual production of Mengku Iron Mine as an example,this paper aims to relieve the production pressure of the mine and slow down the decline speed through the overburden ore recovery tech-nology,and has achieved considerable economic benefits.
