摘 要:针对国内应用注气开发的低渗透油藏,开发了一种新型水-气分散体系制备装置,利用蒸发-冷凝制取水-气分散体系,用以降低流度。利用该装置测试了不同条件下体系的流度降低能力,通过室内验评价了提高采收率效果。结果表明:温度、压力以及水气比是影响体系控制流度能力的重要因素。渗透率在0.1×10^(-3)~4.5×10^(-3)μm^(2),水-气分散体系可提高采出程度3%~10%,渗透率越高,扩大波及体积效果越好。Aiming at the low-permeability reservoir developed by domestic gas injection,a new type of water-gas dispersion system preparation device has been developed.Its main principle is to prepare controllable reduction vapor dispersion system by evaporation-condensation.The fluidity reduction capacity of the system was tested under different conditions,and the effect of enhanced oil recovery was evaluated by indoor core test.The results show that temperature,pressure and water-gas ratio are important factors affecting the ability of the system to control fluidity.When the permeability is between 0.1×10^(-3)to 4.5×10^(-3)μm^(2),the water-gas dispersion system can increase the recovery degree by 3%and 10%.The higher the permeability,the better the effect of expanding the sweep volume.
