摘  要:针对稠油热改质中缩合结焦副反应所引起的经济和安全问题,以塔河稠油为原料进行了稠油改质降黏实验。结果表明:制备的有机镍催化剂活性显著高于其他有机金属催化剂,并可抑制结焦副反应;优化反应条件为:w(油溶性有机镍催化剂)=0.1%、w(结焦抑制剂)=7%、反应温度320℃、反应时间30 min,在此条件下,改质稠油黏度由2680 mPa·s降至292 mPa·s,降黏率为89.10%,密度由0.9536 g/cm^(3)降至0.9104 g/cm^(3)。In view of the economical and safety problems caused by condensation coking side reaction in thermal upgradation of heavy crude oil,an experiment of heavy crude oil upgradation and viscosity reduction was carried out using the Tahe heavy crude oil as raw material.The optimal reaction conditions were determined as follows:organic nickel was used as the catalyst,w(catalyst)=0.1%,w(coking inhibitor)=7%,the reaction temperature was 320℃,the reaction time was 30 min,the viscosity of the modified heavy crude oil decreased from 2680 to 292 mPa·s,the viscosity reduction rate was 89.10%.The density decreased from 0.9536 to 0.9104 g/cm^(3).
