摘 要:采用宏/微观测试手段分析了旅大油田稠油采出液乳化致稠的主要影响因素,比选评价可有效抑制油水乳化的抗乳化减阻剂复配体系;依据稠油现场集输设计方案,采用动态流变学测试方法,模拟稠油-水乳状液加剂前后表观黏度的变化规律,并利用OLGA软件计算油水液加剂前后管输流动摩阻,评价复配体系的抗乳化效率及减阻效果。结果表明:温度和含水率是影响稠油乳化的主要因素;在稠油采出液中加入200 mg/L的复配抗乳化体系(m(AP9901)∶m(TA1031)=2∶1),可有效抑制油水乳化,降低油水界面张力,还可促进W/O型乳状液破乳析水,显著降低油水混输流动摩阻,减阻率可达66.87%。The main factors affecting emulsification of LD heavy oil produced fluids were determined by the combining macroscopic and microscopic methods.A compound anti-emulsifier system that can effectively inhibit oil-water emulsification was selected and evaluated.According to the field gathering and transportation design of LD heavy oil,the apparent viscosity of heavy oil-water emulsification with and without additives was simulated by dynamic rheological test method.Then,OLGA software was used to calculate the flow friction of oil-water mixtures with and without surfactants,and the demulsification effect and drag reduction effect of the composite system were evaluated.The results show that temperature and water fraction are two main factors affecting heavy oil emulsification.Adding 200 mg/L compound anti-emulsification system m(AP9901)∶m(TA1031)=2∶1 to LD heavy oil produced liquids can not only effectively inhibit oil-water emulsification and reduce oil-water interfacial tension,but also promote the demulsification of water-in-oil emulsion and significantly reduce the flow friction of oil-water flow.Compared with the transportation of heavy oil-water flow without additives,the drag reduction rate can reach 66.87%.
