晶相组成对钒磷氧催化剂性能的影响

摘  要:通过调变前驱体成型过程的压片压力,制备了2种不同堆密度的钒磷氧(VPO)催化剂。采用BET、XRD、拉曼光谱、NH 3-TPD、XPS与UV-vis分析手段表征了VPO催化剂孔性质、晶相结构与组成,以及表面酸性质等。结果表明:在相同活化条件下,不同堆密度催化剂的比表面积、孔容及孔径差异不大,而堆密度小的VPO催化剂总酸量更高,其V^(5+)物种含量较高,为74.6%;堆密度高的催化剂V^(5+)物种含量较少,为54.8%。在相同反应温度下,V^(5+)物种含量更高的低堆密度钒磷氧催化剂丁烷氧化活性更好、顺酐收率更高。Two kinds of vanadium phosphorus oxide(VPO)catalysts with different bulk densities were prepared by adjusting the pressure during the precursor shaping process.The pore properties,structure and composition of crystal phases and surface acid properties of different VPO catalysts were characterized by BET,XRD,Raman,NH 3-TPD,XPS and UV-vis methods.The results showed that under the same activation conditions,the specific surface area,pore volume and pore size of catalysts with different bulk densities had little difference.However,the total acid content of VPO catalysts with low bulk density was higher,and the V^(5+)species content was higher(74.6%),while the content of V^(5+)species in catalyst with high bulk density was lower(54.8%).At the same reaction temperature,the VPO catalyst with lower bulk density and higher V^(5+)species content had better butane oxidation activity and higher maleic anhydride yield.
