摘  要:为了解决地炼厂黑柴油含硫高、十六烷值低和安定性差等问题,采用高压搅拌反应釜进行黑柴油加氢-裂解-脱硫同时制备汽油和柴油研究。以废催化裂化触媒为载体、镍为活性组分,采用等体积浸渍法制备了废催化裂化触媒负载镍催化剂(Ni/SFCC),使用低温物理吸附、XRD、TG-DTA和H 2-TPR等分析测试方法表征了催化剂形貌。结果表明:Ni(NO 3)2/SFCC在480~562 K为硝酸镍热分解,在820 K和881 K时达到恒重;催化剂前驱体还原温度为573~813 K;在513 K、3.0 MPa、80 min、搅拌转速600 r/min、催化剂质量分数5%反应条件下,产品柴/汽比为67/33,硫含量≤10 mg/kg。In order to solve the problems of high sulfur content,low cetane number,and poor stability of black diesel oil in local refineries,the catalytic activity of simultaneous preparation of gasoline and diesel fuel by hydrogenation-cracking-desulfurization of black diesel was studied in a high-pressure stirred reactor.Nickel loaded SFCC catalyst(Ni/SFCC)was prepared by equivolumetric impregnation method using waste catalytic cracking(SFCC)catalyst as carrier and nickel as active component.The catalysts were characterized by low-temperature physical adsorption,XRD,TG-DTA,and H 2-TPR.The results showed that the nickel nitrate in Ni(NO_(3))_(2)/SFCC decomposes at 480562 K and reaches constant weight at 820 K and 881 K.The H_(2)-TPR analysis indicated that the reduction temperatures of the precursors are 573 K and 813 K,respectively.Under the conditions of temperature of 513 K,pressure of 3.0 MPa,stirring speed of 600 r/min,catalyst dosage of 5%(based on oil mass)and reaction time of 80 min,the obtained diesel/gasoline ratio was 67/33,and sulfur content is less than 10 mg/kg.
