摘 要:为探索煤焦油作为原料与煤共炼的可行性及反应性能,将煤焦油和FCC油浆按照不同比例混合组成原料油,再与煤粉混合成浆,利用陕西延长石油集团开发的0.15 t/d悬浮床加氢裂化技术进行了试验研究。结果表明:原料中掺入煤焦油后,仍然能够达到与纯FCC油浆和煤共炼转化效果,煤的转化率保持在94%以上,总的液体收率有所提高。煤焦油供氢性能稍差,加氢效果较差,大于525℃渣油组分转化率稍有降低,保持在83%~86%,而沥青质转化率有所提高,保持在90.8%~95%,表明煤焦油可以作为煤油共炼的原料油,但有待进一步研究提高。In order to investigate the feasibility and reactivity of co-refining of coal tar and coal,coal tar and FCC oil slurry were mixed in different proportions to form feedstock oil,and then mixed with coal powder to form slurry.The 0.15 t/d suspended bed hydrocracking technology developed by Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Group was used for experimental research.The results show that the coal tar can still achieve the conversion effect of pure FCC oil slurry and coal,the conversion rate of coal remained above 94%,and the total liquid yield was improved.The hydrogen supply performance of coal tar is poor and the hydrogenation effect is also not good.The residue conversion rate of coal tar decreases slightly at>525℃,staying at 83%–86%,while the asphaltene conversion rate increases to 90.8%–95%,which indicates that coal tar can be used as raw oil for kerosene co-refining,but further study is needed to improve it.
