摘 要:以石油醚和喹啉配制的模拟轮胎裂解油为原料,用水、乙酸和代表性金属离子配制络合脱氮剂。采用溶剂萃取的脱氮方法,研究了复合脱氮剂的组成和配置比例,考察了温度、反应萃取时间、剂油比对脱氮效率的影响。实验结果表明:复合脱氮剂可以有效提高裂解油中碱性氮的脱除率。当复合脱氮剂中水和乙酸体积比为1∶1,AlCl 3浓度1 mol/L时,剂油比10%,反应温度30℃,反应时间20 min条件下,对模拟油的脱氮率达98%。A series of complex denitrogenation agents prepared by water,acetic acid and representative metal ions were investigated using petroleum ether and quinoline as raw materials.The composition and ratio of the complex denitrogenation agents were studied by solvent extraction,and the effects of temperature,reaction extraction time and the ratio of agent to oil on denitrogenation efficiency were investigated.The experimental results show that the compound denitrogenation agent can effectively improve the removal rate of basic nitrogen in pyrolysis oil.When the volume ratio of water to acetic acid is 1∶1 and the concentration of AlCl 3 is 1 mol/L,the ratio of agent to oil is 10%,the reaction temperature is 30℃and the reaction time is 20 min,the denitrogenation rate of the simulated oil is 98%.
