脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的原料指标对AES中二噁烷含量的影响

摘　　要：为研究脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚原料(简称AEO)对脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(AES)中二噁烷的影响,在嘉兴赞宇工厂的膜式磺化器装置上,考察了AEO中水分含量、PEG含量、环氧乙烷含量对AES中二噁烷含量的影响。结果表明:随着AEO中水分、PEG、环氧乙烷含量的增加,使AES中二噁烷增加,特别是环氧乙烷的影响最为显著,并且环氧乙烷的增加与二噁烷含量的增加呈非线性关系。文中从反应机理上进行了推导和解释。In order to study the effect of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(AEO)on 1,4-dioxane in fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate(AES),the influence factors of water content,po-lyethylene glycol(PEG)content,ethylene oxide content were investigated on the membrane sulfonator device in Jiaxing Zanyu plant.The results show that the 1,4-dioxane content in AES is positively correlated with moisture content,PEG content,and ethylene oxide content.In particular,the effect of ethylene oxide is most remarkable.It was found for the first time that the increase of ethylene oxide and the increase of 1,4-dioxane are nonlinear.The reaction mechanism was also derived and explained.
