摘  要:介绍了邯宝能源中心原料变电站10 kV新投运电容器的运行方式、保护配置情况,通过1#电容器035开关不平衡电压保护跳闸分析,找出了原料站新投运电容器不平衡电压跳闸的原因——电抗器电抗率选择不合适,不能够抑制3次谐波;以及电容器在安装时容量没有均衡分配,导致电容器出现过电压而击穿一个电容器,进而形成三相电压不平衡。针对以上问题提出了解决方案,后期运行良好,没有出现相同的故障。This paper introduces the operation mode and protection configuration of the newly commissioned 10kV capacitor in the Hanbo Energy Center’s raw material substation.By analyzing the protection tripping of 1# capacitor 035 caused by unbalanced voltage, the tripping reason turned out to be the inappropriate reactor reactance could not suppress the triple harmonic. In addition, the capacitor capacity was not distributed evenly during the installation, which led to capacitor breakdown because of over-voltage, thus forming the unbalanced three-phase voltage. The solution was proposed for the above problems and the capacitor ran well without the same failure.
