摘  要:汉钢1#高炉2台鼓风机,拖动电机为三相异步电动机,功率18 500 kW/10 kV。原设计使用水阻柜启动,由于水阻柜启动对电网影响较大,需要进行系统合环时,易造成电网波动,存在安全隐患。通过改造采用变频方式启动,变频器采用一拖二自动同期切工频的主回路结构。启动电流可有效控制在电网承受范围以内,解决了启动时电网安全问题。The 1# blast furnace in Hansteel has two blowers that use three-phase asynchronous motors(power 18 500 kW/10 kV) as dragging motors. The original design used a water resistance cabinet to start that had a large impact on the power grid, so it is easy to cause fluctuations in the power grid and security risks when the system needs to close the loop. The frequency conversion start was used after retrofit. The frequency converter adopts a main circuit structure with one-to-two automatic simultaneous frequency cut. It turned out that the starting current can be effectively controlled within the range of the grid, ensuring the saft grid start.
