摘 要:烟气温度为转炉干法除尘系统控制的核心参数,在保证除尘工艺、烟尘调质的前提下,降低煤气柜入口烟气温度是煤气柜安全运行的先决条件。分析了转炉煤气温度全流程控制的原理,从汽化烟道冷却、蒸发冷却器蒸汽、水PID调控、静电场温升控制、煤气冷却器冷却效率等方面进行了工艺改进,煤气冷却器出口烟气温度由72℃降至66℃。The flue gas temperature is the core parameter of the converter dry dedusting system control. Under the premise of ensuring the de-dusting process and flue gas conditioning, reducing the cabinet inlet flue gas temperature is a prerequisite for the safe operation of the gas cabinet. The principle of full process control of converter gas temperature was analyzed, and process improvements were made in terms of vaporization flue cooling,evaporative cooler steam, water PID regulation, electrostatic field temperature rise control,and gas cooler cooling efficiency, etc. The outlet flue gas temperature of gas cooler was reduced from 72 ℃ to 66 ℃.
