摘 要:以反渗透膜在钢铁行业废水资源回收应用为例,概述了钢铁行业工业废水的水质特性、运行中存在的难点,对工业废水与工业新水利用反渗透膜进行脱盐的运行工况进行了对比分析,以及以钢铁工业废水为水源的反渗透系统在运行过程中要重点注意的方面。通过精细管理,精心操作,使钢铁工业废水反渗透系统能够长周期安全稳定运行,延长反渗透膜的使用寿命,为钢铁行业废水资源回用提供了一条切实可行的利用途径。Taking the application of reverse osmosis membrane in steel industry wastewater resource recovery as an example, the water quality characteristics of industrial wastewater in the steel industry and the difficulties in operation are outlined, a comparative analysis of the operating conditions of desalination using reverse osmosis membrane with industrial wastewater and new water was conducted, as well as the aspectsto be focused on during the operation of reverse osmosis system using steel industrial wastewater as water source.Through fine management and careful operation, the steel industry wastewater reverse osmosis system can operate safely and stably for a long period of time, extending the service life of the reverse osmosis membrane and providing a practical way to reuse wastewater resources in the steel industry.
