摘　　要：随着我国经济的不断发展,社会整体创新力的不断提升,“大众创新、万众创业”的号召受到了国内广泛的积极响应。各大高等院校对大学生创业高度重视,为大学生提供各类政策扶持,也提供了科技孵化园、创业补贴等资源和资金上的支持。但是,大学生为主体的初创企业不可避免地存在各类问题,企业文化构建方面的问题尤为突出,给大学生创业带来了相当的风险和挑战。本文从实际出发,分析了大学生创业过程中企业文化构建的作用,存在的问题,并有针对性地提出一定建议,以期为大学生创业过程中的企业文化构建提供一定的参考路径。With the continuous development of China’s economy and the continuous improvement of the overall social innovation, "mass innovation and entrepreneurship" has received a wide range of positive responses in China. Colleges and universities attach great importance to students’ entrepreneurship. They not only provide various policy support for students, but also provide resources and financial support such as science and technology incubation parks and entrepreneurship subsidies. However, the start-up enterprises with students of colleges and universities inevitably have various problems, especially in the construction of enterprise culture, which brings considerable risks and great challenges to their entrepreneurship. Based on the actual situation, this paper analyzes the role and existing problems of the construction of enterprise culture in the process of students’ entrepreneurship of colleges and universities, and puts forward some targeted suggestions in order to provide a reference path.
