摘 要:自近代邮政建立以来,邮政职工的录用需经过严格的招考。中华邮政招考制度因事设岗,按岗招考,经历了从“四班制”到“二班制”的演变,逐步完善和成熟。中华邮政的招考制度有助于招揽优秀人才,有益于提升职工教育素质,有利于提高中华邮政经济效益。中华邮政招考制度虽然存在一定的局限,但是它为中华邮政的发展奠定了坚实的基础。Since the establishment of modern post,the recruitment of postal workers had to undertake strict recruitment.The recruitment system of Chunghwa Post set up posts for business and recruit workers for posts,which had evolved from“four shift system”to“two shift system”,gradually improving and maturing.The recruitment system of Chunghwa Post was conducive to attracting excellent talents,improving the educational quality of employees,and improving the economic benefits of Chunghwa Post.Although the recruitment system of Chunghwa Post had certain limitations,it had laid a solid foundation for the development of Chunghwa Post.
