摘 要:传动机构的振动特性直接影响无缝内衣机整机的运行状态,进而影响其生产效率。针对现有无缝内衣机传动机构传动机理不清晰、编织过程中传动机构振动特性难捕获等问题,结合无缝内衣机编织工艺,建立完整的无缝内衣机传动机构模型,并采用三向加速度传感器对电动机、原动齿轮轴、针筒齿轮、针筒以及哈夫盘等关键传动元件在横向、纵向和垂向3个方向上的振动信号进行采集。结果表明:当无缝内衣机的转速为75 r/min时,传动机构的振动频率主要集中在0~1 000.0 Hz,特征频率为553.8 Hz,其中,针筒的横向振动,电动机的纵向振动,哈夫盘的垂向振动比较明显,为如何确定合适的传感器与检测点以及从传动机构振动特性角度检测无缝内衣机整机的运行状态提供了理论及试验依据。The vibration characteristics of the transmission mechanism directly affect the operating state of the whole seamless underwear machine, and further affect its production efficiency. In view of the unclear transmission mechanism of the existing seamless underwear machine and the difficulty of capturing the vibration characteristics of the transmission mechanism during the knitting process, combined with the seamless underwear machine knitting crafts, a complete seamless underwear machine transmission mechanism model is established, and three-way acceleration sensor is adopted. The sensor collects the vibration signals of key transmission components such as the motor, the prime mover gear shaft, the syringe gear, the syringe and the Half plate in the horizontal, longitudinal and vertical directions. The results show that when the speed of the seamless underwear machine is 75 r/min, the vibration frequency of the transmission mechanism is mainly concentrated on 0~1 000.0 Hz, and the characteristic frequency is 553.8 Hz. Among them, the horizontal vibration of the needle cylinder, the longitudinal vibration of the motor,and the vertical vibration of the Half plate is relatively obvious, which provides the theoretical and experimental basis for how to determine the appropriate sensor and detection point, and to detect the operating state of the seamless underwear machine from the perspective of the vibration characteristics of the transmission mechanism.
