摘  要:针对再生涤纶与氨纶交织针织物极深翠蓝色染色过程中易出现的色斑、色花、段差、阴阳色等异常,通过影响因素分析,指出改进染整工艺如下:预定形前,采用平幅缩练机缩练;测定上染率曲线,并据此调整染色工艺曲线;调整分散剂、导染剂用量。结果表明,工艺改进后,连续缸生产的订单面料,克质量稳定性大幅提高,色光稳定,耐水洗色牢度3~4级及以上,无明显色花、阴阳色,布面品质满足客户需求。In view of the abnormal spots, mottled appearance, segment difference and color shadow that are easy to appear in the very turquoise blue dyeing process of recycled polyester and spandex knitted fabrics, through the analysis of the influencing factors, it is pointed out that the improvement of dyeing and finishing process is as follows: before the presetting, the open width shrinking machine is used to shrink, and the dyeing rate curve is measured and dyeing process curve is adjusted accordingly. Adjust the dosage of dispersant and dyeing agent. The results show that, after the process improvement, the quality stability of the ordered fabric produced by continuous vat is greatly improved, the color light is stable, the color fastness to washing is above 3~4, no obvious mottled appearance and color shadow, and the fabric quality meets the needs of customers.
