摘  要:能源消耗和CO_(2)排放的剧增对人类可持续发展产生了巨大威胁,促进碳减排成为修复生态环境的重要途径。我国自公布“双碳”战略目标后,各行各业积极响应并大力开展降碳研究,尤其是矿业领域,取得了一系列积极进展。受资源环境对经济社会发展约束日益趋紧的影响,我国金属非金属矿山行业产量明显下降,但资源需求量与对外依存度仍在持续增长。我国有着巨大的碳减排空间,从结构控碳、技术减碳和管理降碳3个减碳路径出发,论述了我国金属非金属矿业的减碳关键共性技术与减碳重大工程技术与装备,并从减碳机制体制优化、节能减碳政策和提升减碳管理3个方向提出了节能减碳政策建议。The sharp increase of energy consumption and CO_(2)emissions has posed a great threat to the sustainable development of human beings.Promoting carbon emission reduction has become an important way to restore the ecological environment.Since the announcement of the"double carbon"strategic goal,all industries of our country have responded actively and vigorously to carry out carbon reduction research,especially in the mining field,and a series of positive progress has been made.The influence of resource environment to economic and social development is increasingly tight,the output of metal nonmetallic mine industry of our country decreases obviously,but resource demand and the degree of dependency is still growing continuously.The carbon emission reduction pace in our country is huge,the key generality technology of carbon reduction and major engineering technology and equipment of carbon reduction in metal non-metallic mining industry were discussed from the three paths of carbon reduction in structure control,technology reduction and management,and the policy suggestions for carbon reduction were presented in three directions of carbon reduction mechanism optimization,energy saving policy and promotion of carbon reduction management.
