提高铜锌铁矿石中伴生金银指标的试验研究

摘　　要：某铜锌铁多金属矿含铜0.58%、锌1.44%、全铁34.96%、金0.21 g/t、银5.91 g/t。铜、锌主要以硫化矿形式存在,因此在保证铁铜锌较好指标的基础上采用新型药剂回收伴生金银。采用“优先选铜,选铜尾矿选锌”的浮选工艺,在磨矿细度-0.074 mm占75%,8250为铜新型捕收剂,8194为锌新型捕收剂,石灰、硫酸锌、亚硫酸钠、硫酸铜作为常规调整剂。闭路试验可获得含铜20.801%、铜回收率88.92%的铜精矿,含锌50.86%,锌回收率75.82%的锌精矿,铜精矿金回收率为48.03%,银回收率为71.16%。铜回收率比原工艺提高7.44个百分点,金、银均已达到计价标准且回收率较原工艺分别提高9.64个百分点和20.76个百分点,进一步减少了资源浪费,增加了企业效益。An copper-zinc-iron polymetallic ore contains copper of 0.58%,zinc of 1.44%,total iron of 34.96%,gold of 0.21 g/t and silver of 5.91 g/t.Copper and zinc mainly exist in the form of sulfide ore,so on the basis of ensuring the better indicators of iron,copper and zinc,the associated gold and silver can be recovered by new agents.The flotation process of"priority copper separation,zinc separation from copper tailings"is adopted.In the condition of grinding fineness of-0.074 mm accounting for 75%,8250 as the new collector of copper,8194 as the new collector of zinc,lime,zinc sulfate,sodium sulfite,copper sulfate as the conventional regulator,the closed-circuit test results show that copper concentrate containing 20.801%copper and copper recovery rate of 88.92%,zinc concentrate containing 50.86%and zinc recovery rate of 75.82%,gold recovery rate of 48.03%,silver recovery rate of 71.16%in copper concentrate can be obtained.The recovery rate of copper is 7.44 percentage points higher than that of the original process.The recovery rate of gold and silver is 9.64 percentage points and 20.76 percentage points higher than that of the original process,respectively.Further reduce the waste of resources,increase enterprise benefits.
