摘 要:为探究底泥陶粒滤料和市售陶粒滤料对曝气生物滤池(BAF)效能的影响,构建了底泥陶粒曝气生物滤池(SSC-BAF)和市售陶粒曝气生物滤池(CTC-BAF)对比试验体系,考察了BAF启动挂膜、不同水力停留时间对生活污水中COD、NH_(3)-N、TP去除效果的影响。结果表明,底泥陶粒表面粗糙,孔隙性较好,比表面积较大,生物附着性较强,适于作微生物的载体。微生物在底泥陶粒滤料上挂膜成功仅需12 d,且SSC-BAF对COD、NH_(3)-N、TP的去除率比CTC-BAF分别提高了9.19、7.55、11.42个百分点。水力停留时间对BAF系统去除COD、TP有较大影响,对NH_(3)-N的去除影响较小。当水力停留时间为22 h时,SSC-BAF对COD、NH_(3)-N、TP的去除效果均优于CTC-BAF,平均去除率分别为77.24%、71.21%、73.92%。以河道底泥为原料制备的陶粒可用作BAF滤料,底泥陶粒滤料对BAF效能的提升更显著。In order to investigate the effect of sediment ceramsite filter media and commercial ceramsite filter media on the efficiency of biological aerated filter(BAF).The comparative test system of sediment ceramsite biological aerated filter(SSC-BAF)and commercial ceramsite biological aerated filter(CTC-BAF)was constructed.The effects of BAF starting hanging membrane and different hydraulic retention time(HRT)on the removal of COD,NH_(3)-N and TP in domestic sewage were investigated.The results showed that the surface rough porosity of sediment ceramsite is good,the specific surface area is large,and the biological adhesion is strong,so it is suitable to be used as carrier of microorganisms.It took only 12 days for microorganisms to hang membrane on clay filter media,and the removal rates of COD,NH_(3)-N and TP by SSC-BAF are 9.19,7.55 and 11.42 percentage points higher than that of CTC-BAF,respectively.HRT has a great influence on the removal of COD and TP by BAF system,but has little effect on the removal of NH_(3)-N.When the HRT was 22 h,the removal effect of SSC-BAF on COD,NH_(3)-N and TP was better than that of CTC-BAF,and the average removal rates were 77.24%,71.21%and 73.92%,respectively.The ceramsite prepared from river sediment can be used as BAF filter material,and the improvement of BAF efficiency is more significant.
