摘 要:构建性能优异的胶凝体系是固废填埋场渗漏原位修复的关键技术。采用新型两步水溶液聚合法制备聚丙烯酸盐复合电解锰渣固结体,考察固结体的抗压性能、抗渗性能及耐腐蚀性能,利用电镜扫描(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)表征形貌及成分分析,揭示聚丙烯酸盐复合电解锰渣胶凝体系的防渗机理。试验结果表明:复合胶凝固结体是多重交联网络结构聚合体,表面光滑、平整、密实,具有比单一组分丙烯酸钠更优异的抗压性能、抗渗性能及与混凝土相当的耐腐蚀性能;聚丙烯酸盐的阴离子—COO^(-)与电解锰渣中的Mn^(2+)、Fe^(3+)、Al^(3+)等带正电的阳离子通过配位键作用,聚合成具有多重交联网络结构的胶凝体系,胶凝体系的分子链吸附力增强,扩张受到束缚,致密而厚实的胶凝表面提高了聚丙烯酸盐的防渗性能,电解锰渣中的硬质相棒状CaSO4空间交错地嵌于聚合胶凝体中,可作为骨架支撑结构增加机械强度。Constructing a cementitious system with excellent performance is the key technology for in-situ repair of leakage in solid waste landfills.A new two-step aqueous solution polymerization method was used to prepare the polyacrylate composite electrolytic manganese slag cemented solidified body.The compressive properties,impermeability and corrosion resistance of the consolidated body were investigated.The morphology and composition analysis were characterized by SEM-EDS to reveal the anti-seepage mechanism of the polyacrylate composite electrolytic manganese slag gelling system.The test results showed that the composite cementitious solidified body is a multi-cross-linked network structure polymer with a smooth,flat and dense surface,and has better compressive properties,impermeability and corrosion resistance than the single component sodium acrylate.The anion—COO^(-)of polyacrylate and the positively charged cations such as Mn^(2+),Fe^(3+),Al^(3+)in the electrolytic manganese slag interact through coordination bonds to polymerize into a gelling system with multiple cross-linked network structures.The adsorption force of the molecular chain is enhanced,the expansion is restrained,and the dense and thick gel surface improves the anti-seepage performance of the polyacrylate.The rigid rod-like CaSO4in electrolytic manganese slag is interlaced in the polymeric gel,which can be used as a skeleton supporting structure to increase the mechanical strength.
