摘  要:文中设计一种以STM32微处理器为基础的物联网温控平台系统。该系统主要由温度传感器、STM32F103C8T6主控芯片、温度控制模块、TYWE1S WiFi模块以及手机客户端等部分组成。温度传感器采集到陶瓷加热片的温度数据后传送到MCU中,MCU串口与WiFi模组通过WiFi串口通用协议连接和通信,实现设备联网,从而实现远程监测功能。所设计系统能够实现对量子点器件加热平台的温度控制以及工作环境温度的实时监测,并将数据远程传送到手机。操作人员可以通过手机客户端查看并控制温度,实现温度数据的采集以及曲线绘制,便于分析器件的温度对性能的影响。该系统具有体积小、扩展性高、易操作等特点,可以实时、准确地监测加热温度,有效规避由温度的不确定性对量子点制备带来的不良影响,还能够提升工作便捷性并节省人力资源和经济成本。An Internet of Things temperature control platform system based on microprocessor STM32 is designed in this paper. The system is mainly composed of the temperature sensor,STM32F103C8T6 main control chip,temperature control module,TYWE1S WiFi module and mobile phone client. The temperature sensor is used to collect the temperature data of the ceramic heating plate and transmit it to the MCU. The MCU serial port and the WiFi module are connected and communicated by means of WiFi serial port general protocol to realize the equipment networking,thus realizing the remote monitoring function.The designed system can realize the temperature control of the quantum dot device heating platform and the real-time monitoring of the temperature of the operating environment,and transmit the data to the mobile phone remotely. Its operators can view and control the temperature through the mobile client to realize the temperature data acquisition and curve drawing,which is convenient to analyze the impact of the device temperature on the performance. The overall system has the characteristics of small volume, high expansibility and easy operation. It can perform real-time and accurate monitoring of the heating temperature,effectively avoid the adverse impact of temperature uncertainty on the preparation of quantum dots,improve the convenience of work,and save human resources and economic cost.
