摘  要:传统星载短报文腔体滤波器在进行热真空试验时,采用外置信号源、功放和频谱仪监控的方式,所加信号为连续单载波信号,单次只能测一个通道。而实际短报文信号是突发信号,每次持续时间仅110 ms左右,连续波和突发信号的真空放电效应存在差别,使用连续波测试不能真实反映实际情况。同时,对于滤波器批产测试,单次只能测量一个通道滤波器,且热真空试验所需的时间、成本会成倍增加。针对上述问题,文中设计一种可以支持8通道滤波器并行测试的设备。该设备由大功率模拟信号源和接收监控设备组成,可实现突发信号生成、信号捕获和射频功率测量等功能。大功率信号源由FPGA、RDSS射频芯片、放大器、功分器和功放等组成,用于产生模拟的大功率RDSS射频信号;接收监控设备由射频检波电路、放大器、比较器、ADC和FPGA等组成,实现对射频信号的检波、放大、捕获和ADC采样,并通过串口输出对应通道采样的电压值。所设计的测试设备已在短报文腔体滤波器热真空试验中得到应用,测试效率有所提高,且能够达到设计效果,具有较高的实用价值。In the thermal vacuum test of spaceborne short message cavity filter,the extraposition signal source,power amplifier and spectrum analyzer are used for monitoring. The added signal is usually a continuous single-carrier signal,and only one channel can be measured at a time. The actual short message signal is a burst signal,and the duration of each time is only about 110 ms. There is difference in the vacuum discharge effect of the continuous wave and the burst signal,so the continuous wave testing cannot truly reflect the actual situation. For filter batch production test,only one channel filter can be measured at a time,and the time and cost required for thermal vacuum testing will be multiplied. In allusion to,the above problems,a parallel test equipment that can support a 8-channel filter is designed,which is composed of high-power analog signal source and receiving monitoring equipment,and can realize functions such as burst signal generation,signal capture and RF(radiofrequency)power measurement. The high-power signal source is composed of FPGA,RDSS RF chip,amplifier,power divider,power amplifier,etc.,and is used to generate analog high-power RDSS RF signal. The receiving monitoring equipment is composed of RF detection circuit, amplifier, comparator, ADC, FPGA, etc., which can realize RF signal detection,amplification,capture and ADC sampling,and can output the voltage value corresponding to channel sampling by means of the serial port. The designed test equipment has been applied to the thermal vacuum testing of short message cavity filter,and its test efficiency has been improved,and can achieve the design effect,which has high practical value.
