摘　　要：伊曲康唑作为一种三唑类的广谱抗真菌药,在临床上主要用于浅表和深部真菌感染的治疗,具有价格低廉、不良反应少的特点。近年来,大量实验表明,伊曲康唑具有抗皮肤肿瘤活性,并与其他化疗药物有协同作用,现就伊曲康唑在皮肤肿瘤的应用进行综述,旨在为皮肤肿瘤的治疗提供新思路和新方法。Itraconazole is a broad-spectrum anti-fungal drug which mainly used in the treatment of superficial and deep fungal infections, with low cost and few side effects. In recent years, a large number of experiments have confirmed that Itraconazole also has anti-skin tumor activity and has synergistic action when combined with other chemotherapeutic drugs. This article reviews the research progress of the application of Itraconazole in anti-skin tumor effects in order to provide some new ideas and methods for the treatment of skin tumors.
