摘　　要：基于金鼎公司东久AMF-Ⅳ型造型多年一线机械维修工作实践,针对东久造型机在日常维修过程中涉及到的关键工艺点、重点部件、典型故障进行了梳理与汇总并做分析,与同行维修作业人员进行探讨,以提升国内对进口AMF造型机的维护能力。Based on many years’first line of mechanical maintenance practice of Jinding Company TOKYU AMF-IV for many years,we summarized and analyzed the key technology,the key component and the typical fault in the process of maintenance of this molding machine.Then we did discussion and reference from our colleagues in order to improve the overall ability of domestic imports of AMF molding machine maintenance.
