摘　　要：根据非开挖管道能穿越公路、河流、建筑物等优点,结合球墨铸铁外自锚管接口结构,设计了DN300球墨铸铁内自锚管接口形式,制定了生产工艺要求,对铸管成分、力学性能进行了检测,接口做了型式试验。结果显示,各项技术指标完全符合设计要求及GB13295-2019的规定,对国内同类球墨铸铁内自锚管接口设计及生产具有借鉴作用。The interface form of DN300 ductile iron internal self-anchored pipe is designed based on a variety of advantages of trenchless pipeline which can cross highways,rivers,buildings and so on. Meanwhile,the external self-fault pipe interface structure of ductile iron is also taken into consideration in the whole process. Added to this,the production process requirements were formulated,the composition and mechanical properties of the cast pipe were tested,and the interface type test was done. In the final analysis,the DN300 ductile are carried out in full compliance with requirements and the regulations of GB13295-2019. This innovation may shed light on the design and manufacture in the field of same area.
