摘 要:针对铸铁件气孔、缩松等微孔类缺陷导致铸铁件在渗漏检测中泄露超标报废的问题,进行了有机浸渗修复该类缺陷的试验研究。通过分析铸件产生微孔的成因和危害,浸渗工艺的原理和不同缺陷大小浸渗修复的对比试验,确定了采用整体浸渗工艺对缺陷铸件进行修复的工艺流程,试验证明对泄露值在200 ml/min以下的铸件,浸渗成功率可达80%以上。Aiming at the problem of microporous defects such as pores and shrinkage porosity in iron castings,which lead to the leakage of iron castings exceeding the standard and scrapping in leakage detection,an experimental study on repairing such defects by organic infiltration is carried out.By analyzing the causes and hazards of micropores in castings,the principle of infiltration process and the comparison test of infiltration repair with different defect sizes,the process flow of repairing defective castings by integral infiltration process is determined.The test proves that for castings with leakage value below 200 ml/min,the success rate of impregnation can reach more than 80%.
