摘　　要：目的:探索城乡差异视角下江苏省居民卫生服务利用的影响因素,为改善卫生服务利用提供实证依据。方法:利用2018年全国第六次卫生服务调查的江苏省数据,以安德森模型为理论依据,采用Heckman模型对江苏省城乡居民卫生服务利用影响因素进行分析。结果:江苏省居民卫生服务利用行为存在显著的城乡差异。结论:应以倾向特征为前提,重点关注特定人群的健康水平;以使能因素为驱动,提高卫生服务利用水平;以需求因素为导向,营造健康友好的社会环境。Objective To explore the influencing factors of health service utilization for residents in Jiangsu Province from the perspective of urban-rural differences,and to provide an empirical basis for improving the utilization of health services.Methods Using the data of Jiangsu Province from the Sixth National Health Service Survey in 2018,we adopted Andrew model as theory guidance and employed the Heckman model to analyze the utilization influencing factors for urban and rural residents.Results There were significant differences in health service utilization behaviors among Jiangsu residents.Conclusion It is suggested to focus on the health of specific groups with consideration of preference characteristics.It is recommended to improve health services driven by enabling factors,and create a demand-oriented healthy and friendly social environment.
