尘肺合并肺结核患者生存质量与社会支持相关性研究

摘　　要：目的调查尘肺合并肺结核患者的生存质量与社会支持水平,分析两者的相关性,为改善该群体生存质量提供科学依据。方法选择某医院尘肺合并肺结核患者88例为观察组,同期就诊的单纯尘肺患者88例为对照组。采用世界卫生组织生活质量简表(WHOQOL-BREF)、中文版St George's呼吸问卷(SGRQ)和社会支持评定量表(SSRS)进行评价。结果观察组4个维度的生活质量评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组3个维度的SGRQ评分均高于对照组,且SGRQ总分观察组(61.22±17.32)分高于对照组(55.86±13.47)分(t=2.292,P<0.05);观察组3个维度的SSRS评分均低于对照组,且SSRS总分观察组(30.04±6.21)分低于对照组的(34.31±8.37)分(t=3.843,P<0.05)。Pearson线性相关性分析显示,观察组社会支持与WHOQOL-BREF各维度呈明显正相关性(P<0.05),与SGRQ各维度评分呈明显负相关(P<0.05)。结论尘肺合并肺结核患者存在明显生存质量下降,且社会支持水平较低,提高社会支持有利于改善患者的生存质量。Objective To investigate the quality of life and the level of social support of pneumoconiosis patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,and analyze the correlation between the them,so as to provide scientific basis for improving the quality of life of these patients.Methods A total of 88 cases of pneumoconiosis complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis in a hospital were selected as the observation group,and 88 cases of simple pneumoconiosis patients in the same period were selected as the control group.The quality of life questionnaire(WHOQOL-BREF),the Chinese version of St George’s Respiratory Questionnaire(SGRQ)and social support rating scale(SSRS)were used for the evaluation.Results The quality of life scores of the four dimensions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the SGRQ scores of the three dimensions in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the total SGRQ score in the observation group was(61.22±17.32)higher than that in the control group(55.86±13.47)(t=2.292,P<0.05);the SSRS scores of the three dimensions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the total score of SSRS in the observation group(30.04±6.21)was lower than that in the control group(34.31±8.37)Scores(t=3.843,P<0.05).Pearson linear correlation analysis showed that social support was positively correlated with WHOQOL-BREF(P<0.05),and negatively correlated with SGRQ scores(P<0.05).Conclusions The quality of life among the patients of pneumoconiosis complicated with tuberculosis is significantly reduced,and the level of social support is low.Improving social support is conducive to improving the quality of life of the patients.
