摘　　要：越来越多证据显示血压和内皮功能与冠脉粥样硬化性疾病之间显著相关。本文就冠脉粥样硬化斑块病变与血压、内皮功能关系研究的进展作一综述,以期为冠脉粥样硬化疾病的治疗新思路。More and more evidence indicated that blood pressure and endothelial function are significantly associated with coronary atherosclerotic disease. The present article makes a review on research progress on relationship among blood pressure, endothelial function and coronary atherosclerotic plaque lesions, aiming at providing new thinking for treatment of coronary atherosclerotic diseases.
