摘  要:房室结(AVN)是一个复杂的结构,它在过滤危及生命的室性心律失常的心房脉冲方面和在舒张期增加心室充盈方面都起着关键作用。它也是心脏起搏器和治疗心律失常的关键靶点。最近的研究阐明了AVN快径及慢径的细胞基础和解剖学决定因素。本文综述了人AVN的结构和分子异质性,以及AVN双通路在结构和功能上的差异。新的证据支持房室结下延伸和真房室结是慢径路和快径路的核心。Atrioventricular node is a complex structure that plays a key role in filtering the atrial pulses of life-threatening ventricular arrhythmias and in increasing ventricular filling during diastole. It is also a key target for cardiac pacemakers and treatment of arrhythmias. Recent studies have clarified the cellular basis and anatomical determinants of the fast and slow pathways of AVN. The present article reviews the structural and molecular heterogeneity of human AVN, as well as the differences in structure and function of dual AVN pathways. New evidence supports that the inferior nodal extension and compact node are the core of slow and fast pathways.
